"Got your sunglasses?" Tablescape

You're definitely going to need your sunglasses to look
at this tablescape.  It's no secret that I LOVE color.
My inspiration for my table is this fabulous tablecloth I received from
my Secret Santa Swap partner, Jean, at the VTLC (link on my sidebar)
swap last Christmas.  She did some research and found out I love
mid-century modern, and lucky me got this gorgeous and colorful tablecloth!
Colorful fruits for summer, but some fall creeping in.
Hazel Atlas vintage dishes
Vera vintage napkins
Anchor Hocking (probably vintage) glasses
vintage candlestick holders...still researching maker
Hazel Atlas Moderntone bright orange sugar & creamer

Couldn't resist using my altered WalMart 99 cent plant stake doll
 as part of the centerpiece!
First, I removed he long stick, then added a button to her head flower,
glued a straw hat to the back of her head, found some broken ceramic flowers
which I fixed up with a little orange paint and added a butterfly. Then I glued them into
the clay pot, to which I added a button.  Lastly, I glued her arms to the pot.
She sits up so cute holding her flower pot!
Like her?  A quick & cheap remake.
OK, back to the table......

Can you mix silverware in a place setting?
Why not!

Thanks for taking a look.
You can safely remove those sunglasses now!
Always love your comments!
