Lunch with Mom

Sweet Lunch With Mom!

Starts with a favorite color, purple, which always
looks pretty with green.

Vintage lilac Wilendur tablecloth,
topped by violets design thrift store plates.

Vintage hankies fill the glasses.

Vivid green anchor hocking bowl & berry dishes.

Vintage sugar and creamer set given to me by my Mom,
given to her by her Mother.  A sentimental favorite of mine.

Think they look pretty on this vintage hankie,
which has it's own purple flowers.

Green depression glass candleholders,
estate sale finds that I use often,
thrifted green apple salt & pepper shakers.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Happy Mothers Day!

  20. I always love purple and green, and this table looks fantastic! My eye was immediately drawn to your pretty green bowls. I have glasses in a similar pattern that belonged first to my husband's grandparents. I think I need to be on the lookout for some bowls, too!

So many commented on the green glass bowls. The pattern is called burple, and it's vintage anchor hocking. I've also seen it in purple and red.
